Location

The amazing view of the sea and the coast from our private balcony, that will be for your exclusive  use, makes our apartment unique.

We’re located in the lower part of the town, in the pedestrian area and next to the sea: the clients can reach the apartment walking through the characteristic streets and stairs, which are one of the main attraction of Positano.

The space

This apartments has 2 floors.

The living room is very spacious, it has a stained glass window with sea view, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, espresso machine with capsules and pantry essentials such as oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar etc) and the terrace.

On the terrace you can find a table with chairs, sofa and armchairs that will make it very easy to enjoy the peace and quiet of the panorama.

Going downstairs ( there are 10 steps), you access the lower floor where you can find two bedrooms. Each of these has a double bed, one has a pribvate bathroom with shower. Moreover, both of the bedrooms have  exits on the second terrace, from where you can also admire the sea.

The apartment has been recently rennovated and all the rooms have air conditioning.

You can reach the apartment from two entrances: one is next to the sea (you have to climb about 50 steps) and the other one from the driveway (you have to go down about 250 steps).

This apartment accomodates up to 4 people (it’s possible to host also a 5th guest, since the sofa in the living room transforms into a bed as well).

House rules

During the whole stay, the guests can count on the assistance of our staff, who will be at your disposal for any information.

The check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm: we always suggest you communicate your time of arrival in advance.

The check-out is at 10am.

In case you arrive after 8pm, we ask you to contact us beforehand so that the staff will be ready to welcome you. This service has an extra cost of Euro 50 to be paid in cash at the time of arrival.

Moreover, there are cleaning fee of Euro 80 and  the tourist tax of Euro 2,50 each night per person, all to be paid in cash at the apartment.

If you stay one week or longer, we can provide you with cleaning once a week upon your request.

More about the location

We’d like to inform our clients that Positano is built on a mountain: it has a piramidal structure, there are narrow stairs and sidewalks that hide refreshing gardens and breathtaking views. Positano is an excellent starting point for mountain hiking tours since there are several paths, that you can enjoy either by yourself or with experienced guides. Furthermore, Positano is also the perfect place from where you can reach the most notorious locations along the Amalfi coast by ferry (like Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Sorrento, Salerno) and by land (like Ravello, Pompei, Amalfi, Sorrento).
