From the Central Station in Naples (Napoli Centrale), take the Circumvesuviana railway to Meta di Sorrento. Then the Sita buses to Positano. Or, from the Central Station in Naples (Napoli Centrale), book Positano Shuttle that will take you straight to Positano.

From Salerno and Sorrento there are daily ferries that will take you to Positano.
From Naples there are daily ferries that will take you to Sorrento and Capri.
